It's a
Box
Such an old
Box
Is it
Eying you
No
Why would an old
Box
Care about
You

And yet

Old
Box
Is plastered with
Rusty
Chains
And
Padlocks

Where'd you get that key

Somehow it
Fits
Everywhere
Everything
Old
Box
Bindings
One by one
By one
Clitter-clatter
Yet
Old
Box
Seems to be
Old
Drawer

Hello

First one open
First slot
A drink
So sweet
Rich
New
Fresh
Let's have more

The locks stick
Chains break
This
Box
Drawers
Whatever
Has it out for you
But why stop
So close
Almost done
Didn't see
That other one
Again and
Again
and
Again

Someday
Far away
We'll sit next to
Drawers
Box
Whatever
Fully conquered
Had our fill
Of all the presents
Inside
And talk to the people
We never realized
Were staring at us
Watching
Whatever
Drawers
Box
Being opened for the

I'm digging on the constant line break for "Box" being separated. It seems blocky, and kinda square, I like it.

"And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high,
saying, 'Oh, Lord, bless this thy hand grenade that with it thou
mayest blow thy enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy.' And the Lord did grin, and people did feast upon the lambs, and sloths, and carp"
